i made grilled salmon with green curry paste last night. i found a recipe online, which i modified. very tasty :) there is also this great thai place here in town that serves delicious green curry dishes.

I had some good pork green curry Saturday from the Rockville, MD Tara Thai. It had these little green vegetables (fruits?) in it, quartered. At first I thought they were eggplant, but they didn’t taste like them, and had a sort of fig-like structure, or maybe even okra. I need to have a better understanding of southeast asian ingredients…
