I’m done. same stuff as i said before pretty much…
67 out of 67 people (100%) think this is worth consuming…
Though I’m not QUITE done yet, I think I’ve got most of the twists and turns down, and it’s a decent enough book but…I think perhaps Fforde may have gotten a little bit in over his head on this one…I mean, there are just soooo many more references to other books that I haven’t read or that it’s been a while since I’ve read, that even now I know that I’m going to have to read it again after I’ve tackled Wuthering Heights and Great Expectations (both for at least the second time), and there are just so many other books I want to read before I start REreading. Also, while his book world is totally awesome, there are a lot of holes and it gets a little confusing…like I said, he’s in over his head a bit I think. The Eyre Affair is still the best :)
I am really really getting into this book…SOOOO much better than Lost in a Good Book because there’s just sooo much more novelty, which I think is what the former book lacked. Super clever and just plain GENIUS too. PLOCK! :D
