101 Words: An Exclamation Point — 2 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

It was hard finding a good description of this album. While it is well worth a listen, You’re A Woman, I’m A Machine is not a “landmark album”, or an “instant classic”, or “timeless”. It’s not going to influence countless musicians, and I doubt that it will be remembered decades from now. It is, however, a fantastic album, full of great songs played very loudly and with great intensity. Not straight-ahead rock, a little more creative, but still with lots of crunchy hooks. This album is an exclamation point: emphatic and powerful, drawing your attention to a point in time.

Notable Tracks: Blood On Our Hands, Black History Month, You’re A Woman I’m A Machine
