this was surprisingly dynamic, it continually veered away from all the usual female stereotypes and was quite subtle along the way. there were a lot of great scenes, and while i felt tense through most of the film, by the end i was calmed, and content. very well written, with endearing characters even if theyre only in a couple scenes.

i found it ironic that when asked to describe america, it was described as straight. but every person along the way was pretty much completely honest, there was no bait and switch, no trickery. everyone just did what they had to do.
