Why I recommend this — 4 years agoRoasted sushi grade sea scallops from New Deal Fish Market: Lemon peel and thyme and white wine with pan juices for the sauce. Recipe in the cookbook Great Fish Quick. Delicious!
Scallops wrapped in bacon is the most amazing flavor you will ever have in your mouth! Be careful not to overcook the scallops though.
