I made the mistake of eating oyster shots, not putting cayenne on them or anything…Needless, to say the oysters shot back and I got so sick on them! I am never eating raw oysters again.. GAG

Fantastic raw, maybe with a splash of beer. Also great if you put them on the bbq for a few minutes – the shells open right up.

I’ve got a wicked craving for oysters right about now. Can’t wait to go home this summer and eat them every day for about two weeks straight!

Oysters taste even better when you’ve spent the last hour opening them yourself for guests.

Becaused steamed oysters are good, but I won’t be eating them raw again for a long time, if ever.
