WORTH CONSUMING!
My very first experience eating reptile meat, and I thought it was rather nice. A hint of a fishy taste but texture and flavour also reminded me of chicken, and yes, I’m aware of the cliche but it’s really what it reminded me of. I would definitely try this again, for pure enjoyement and to really try and get a handle on the flavour.
