beat the game, now im playing all the missions. still pretty fun.

i really havent played a sonic game since sonic and knuckles, and from what ive read i havent missed much. this game is actually really fun though, especially the platforming parts. the boss battles are each very different, some easy, some very difficult, but theyre all really fun.
the boats however get successively more annoying to control, culminating in the awful submarine controls, which are totally not fun. but the overall sailing ascetic is pulled off here better than in phantom hourglass, and it is genuinely more fun to explore.
storyline is..meh. a silly backdrop, and the characters wear quickly thin. overall, if youre looking a good ol fast-pcaed sonic game on your ds, this is a good one.
