WORTH CONSUMING!
- Most obvious use: treating cold symptoms, eg congestion, coughing
- Has antibacterial properties
- often used in preparations designed to relieve muscle, nerve and joint pains
- helps to combat exhaustion and dispels mental sluggishness
- used to clean and freshed the air, particularly after sickness, or to remove ‘negative energies’ as it brings a sense of renewal to a space
- recommended for people who feel internally conflicted or are struggling in their relationships with others
- If used sparingly, eucalyptus can blend well with basil, lavender, and lemon. Equal parts of eucalyptus and tea tree make a wonderful sick-room blend
I used this when I’m feeling blocked up, and can’t imagine using it when I actually have my full sense of smell! Very medicinal scent. Yesterday’s blend was eucalyptus and peppermint, which actually worked quite well.
