WORTH CONSUMING!
Ok, I wasn’t planning on eating from my man’s box of kashi go lean. It looked like cut up cardboard. But I figured I’d give it a try. It was yummy, and it’s chock full of protein and fiber. Not bad. I even had a second bowl.
