WORTH CONSUMING!

Just good fun, and a good follow-up to “Meet the Parents.” Dustin Hoffman and Barbra Streisand as Bernie and Rozalin Focker breathe new life into the comedic romance of Greg (Stiller) and Pam (Polo). Lots of slapstick. De Niro gets silly, too. Carol Ramsey designed the Floridian wardrobes and deserves an award for them, as does Francine Maisler for pulling this this incredible star-powered ensemble together.

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

I wasn’t a huge fan of the original, so I guess I got what I should have expected, despite the presence of Dustin Hoffman and Barbara Streisand – both great here – playing it up for laughs. WORTH CONSUMING!

Never realized I had a fantasy about Babara Streisand as a sex therapist until this movie. Brilliant! Talk about some unlikely casting.

WORTH CONSUMING!

This movie wasn’t as great or as hilarious as everyone says it is. It had a lot of funny scenes, but it wasn’t all that everyone made it out to be. I have seen funnier Jewish movies. The best line was “He got Fockerized” or something like that.
