Not actually as bad as I was expecting, although still a bit of a confuzzled mess, really. Perhaps if I’d gone in with knowledge of the source it would have helped, but there was just too much going on and too many quick cuts between everything. On the plus side, quite the cast, and various bits did look very pretty.

what did they do with all the dead krugs??? did they just leave them in the forest to decay? because that would stink. i went into this movie a little tentatively. i wasn’t sure how i was going to react to jason statham playing anything but a kick-ass, fast paced role. he wass alright. there was enough drama for the ladies and enough fight scenes for the gentlemen to keep you entertained. it took me forever to realize burt reynolds was the king. i kept thinking to myself, “i know that guy. i know that guy”, then it dawned on me. “burt reynolds!”
