random dance montage near the end that almost put me to sleep. it might have been the heat though. also, i have a hard time sympathizing with title characters that cheat. think casablanca. didn’t really like lisa’s smile, thought it made her look weird but did like the fact that when gene kelly danced it seemed like his upper half was stiff but his lower was fluid. very very cool. we need more male tap dancers.
