Two things why I love this movie:

• Diane: Are you shaking?
  
  Lloyd: No.
  
  Diane: You’re shaking.
  
  Lloyd: I don’t think so.
  
  Diane: You’re cold.
  
  Lloyd: I don’t think I am.
  
  Diane: Then why are you shaking?
  
  Lloyd: I don’t know. I think I’m happy.

• Diane: I love you. How many more times do I have to say it?
  
  Lloyd: One more would be nice.

I fell in love with Lloyd Dobbler from the instance I saw him on the television. (Played by John Cusak) Infact, it’s such a great movie that there are two bands named after it {"Say Anything" and “The Lloyd Dobbler Effect”} and a number of music videos are based on it {see “Best of Me” by The Starting Line}. I showed it to a friend of mine and she said it was “just your average chick flick”, but believe me, it’s so much more.

I loved this film… but I love 80s movies. I would deff like for someone to stand in the rain outside my house and blast music, proclaiming their undying love for me…. but thats just me
