WORTH CONSUMING!
Found this recipe on instructibles for veggie gyros. The seitan has a nice texture and absorbs the flavor of the seasoning well. The tzatsiki sauce is great and is very easy to make. A nice dinner to enjoy with my the pescaterian fiance.
