Folk Museaum Curator Benni Harper is helping the church put on a play, when she discovers the church’s handyman dead. A violin from a neighboring museaum is stolen, she wonders if the crimes are connected. She must investigate.

Great story. Normally I would say the quality of mystery series wans after awhile. The characters get stale, but Earlene Fowler just keeps finding way to reinvent Benni Harper. She’s a lovable character and the writing is great.
