WORTH CONSUMING!
I didn’t write this soon enough after reading, so my memories fade. Oh well, I’ll do what I can.
I generally enjoyed the book, but didn’t love it as much as would be expected based on the awards. The story was generally interesting, especially the teacher sub plot, and things felt… somehow real. Or at least realistic – not overly dramatic or contrived. A fun read.
