I’ve had lobster bisque once before, but there is this wonderful little restaurant in downtown Dover, NH that serves the – most delicious – lobster bisque.

I highly recommend it, it’s sweet and not too lobstery. I don’t even like lobster, but this stuff is great.

According to my sister-in-law, the owner of Chicago’s Soup Box is a horrible girlfriend beater! She is good friends with his ex-girlfriend, and about eight years ago when they broke up, he beat the ever-loving shit out of her. I gotta admit, it was good soup, but I don’t think I’ll go back.
