This is the most original holiday film that has come out in a long, long time. It mixes just the right amount of quirky comedy, tragedy, and the occassional heartwarming moment to make a truly new product. The unique spin on the difficult family was a breath of fresh air, especially in a genre as littered with cliches as holiday films.

This movie was okay. It was an enjoyable watch, but a bit odd too. I am still trying to figure out what the point was, really. I did love Sarah Jessica Parker. She’s great.
