so ive had this album for years, never really listened to. never really listened to ween for that matter. listening to it today, id have to say..i guess i get it. its not bad, it sounds like a couple funny guys fucking around with a 4-track, but i just dont get how a record company would hear this shit and say, “Yea! We gotta release this, cause people will like it and buy it!”
i mean, no one song is really..good. even the single, their highest charting single, is..just not that good. i dunno, maybe i dont get it. but as a veteran of many many hours of recording crap into a 4-track myself, i just dont understand how these guys got so popular with this crap.

This has got to be one of the dumbest albums ever created. I don’t know why I love it so much!
