Wow. What a treat; sure it was scifi about time travel, but really it was a love story. Laughed at the first half, and the second half broke my heart.

Many books these days have become as formulaic as Hollywood movies, so it’s refreshing to read one that not only has a good plot, but is written captivatingly. The Time Traveler’s Wife is one such book. I can barely put it down, and I recommend it to anyone who’s looking for originality in contemporary fiction.
