How I started the new year…watching this film. It worked out well. I like it better than I thought I would, and I would rate it as better than the original Clerks. Pretty strange, but the story seems pretty authentic for where these characters would have ended up and what they’d be doing. The acting was a bit stilted, that may be part of the style I’m not really sure. There were several crazy scenes and scenarios like “pillow pants” and “inter-species erotica.” Trust me, you’ll understand after you watch it.

Rosario Dawson was such a natural in the movie.
