WORTH CONSUMING!

Great opening act. The Jim Lee art is amazing and gritty.
The storyline between Superman and a priest is touching with a Tom Clancy-ish type plot involving the mysterious Mr. Orr and anytime Qurac is involved you know it’s going to be a great story.
I was surprised that with over a million people disappearring from the earth that some some of reference to Superman being a Christ-figure and to the rapture wasn’t examined.
The 4 page design aspect at the end of the book is required as it will give you an even greater appreciation for the amazing art in this volume.
Worth Consuming.

WORTH CONSUMING!

I like it. Kinda darkish, with an emphasis on the only interesting Superman angle there is – his psychology. Why does he do what he does? How much should he do? That kinda thing. I was a little confused ‘cos I don’t follow the DC Universe and I don’t understand the “disappearance” event, but that’s okay.
