WORTH CONSUMING!

This book opens as Abby Mason (a San Francisco photographer) is taking her six-year-old soon-to-be-stepdaughter Emma for a walk along Ocean Beach in San Francisco. Abby looks away from Emma for a moment to snap a photo, and when she looks back, Emma has disappeared. At first, the police want to call Emma’s disappearance a drowning, but Abby and her fiance Jake are conviced otherwise. What follows is a year-long search to find the missing girl. This was an amazing story of hope on Abby’s part. I really enjoyed it!
