A story about this — 1 year ago
I retained only vague knowledge of my own body’s inner workings from biology classes in school, but I’m still pretty certain those classes weren’t as informative as this book!
As a pregnancy avoider, I glossed over some chapters meant for women trying to conceive, but I appreciated the range and depth of information given in the book. Also, as a rather paranoid anxious pregnancy avoider, I wouldn’t rely on FAM to determine my “safe” days, but I like that it offers me a natural way to know what’s going on in my body during my cycles.
Recommended reading for females of all ages!
