Since all the stores had run our of tofurky, I went back to an old standard and collected the ingredients to make this. I had a rose-shaped silicone pan and baked it inside. Delicious and beautiful!

This was the first thing I made for thanksgiving and xmas. I hardly make it anymore because I was getting sick of it. I may try another

variation of it someday.
