I started out as a fan of the music but after years of reading various interviews and articles I became a fan of the man. Bono as always inspired me with his intelligence and his faith. Not to mention the fact that he’s not afraid to question either one.

I was fascinated.

I desperately wanted this to be un-pretentious and very readable. And while it’s not awful, it’s also not something I would sit down and read with unalloyed delight either. It gives an insight into a very soulful and caring man…but I also found it a little dull. This may say more about me, of course, than it does about either Bono or Michka!
