WORTH CONSUMING!
This is really useful in actually understanding what Othello is about because it puts all the Shakespearean stuff in plain English side by side. Prior to reading this, I’d been reading the original text without the English ‘translation’ and I thought I was already quite familiar with the play. On reading the No Fear Shakespeare edition of Othello, I realised I didn’t quite know it as well as I thought I did.
If you’re taking an exam on Othello (like me), it’s a good idea to get this book because it helps a lot with comprehension.
