I read this book and it inspired me to write my first online self-help article to get people started with change in their lives (http://www.helium.com/items/856477-years-resolutions-already-slipping)
I would hope that everyone would be able to change their life for the better with this book. There are even a couple of quizzes to help you know exactly where you stand, so you know when progress is made. But you’ll feel the progress if you focus and stay organized with your efforts.
The book shows that we all would communicate better and feel much better, if we implemented positive change in our lives.
The Author shares statistics and personal stories about how he displayed unwanted behavior and then changed in a very short period of time, with help from Above.
Anybody could do this IF they set their mind to it. Many people Say they want change, but won’t put forth a couple weeks worth of effort. Do you really want change? Read this book and do it. You will change for the better …I dare you !
