WORTH CONSUMING!

so i beat the game last night. not intentionally really. ive been going through picking up every single star in order to really REALLY beat it, im talking completion, 120 stars, insaneo. but she asked me if i wanted to go save my one, so i did “beat” it last night, and man, it felt good. i havent beaten a mario game since…super mario world. i dunno, i just never really got into 64. or wait, i did beat new super mario brothers awhile back too…

anyway, although im marking this as consumed, i’ll still be out there, trudging through crazy galaxies to get to the end, the final real end..kinda like quantum leap.

WORTH CONSUMING!

This is probably the best game I’ve played on the Wii. Inventive puzzles, unique gameplay, not too hard or too easy, and wow, beautiful graphics.

It was especially nice for me because of the cooperative opportunities it offered. My wife loved to be the second player: picking up star bits, stunning the bad guys, etc. We had a lot of fun together.

WORTH CONSUMING!

so its funny. my girlfriend had an nes when she was a kid, but hasnt really played much video games since. so ive been kind of using this game to ease her back to the flock, and it generally seems to be working. but it sucks because now i have to go through the whole game with her, which means i cant play by myself, but all i want to do is play it all the time! gah! buh!

i don’t know if i’d say it’s the best wii game to date (metriod was exceedingly impressive to me), but definetly fun to play and non-commital. bizarre environments…
