WORTH CONSUMING!
Third in John Flanagan’s excellent Ranger’s Apprentice series. This series doesn’t try to be overly clever in its plotting, or too complex with its characters. I guess you could compare it to an action film, with stuff continually happening. With that said, this book is kind of a “filler”, since Will and his mentor Halt never get together during the novel. I’m desperately looking for book 4 to get the scoop on how Will gets rescued. That definitely happens because I have books 5 and 6 sitting on my shelf waiting to be read…
