I have met Glenda at the Sister 2 Sister Expo here in Mobile, and at first I won’t lie, I thought the book was a novel with the usual theme, but as I took it up again, I find that it’s a self help book for the ladies (and men as well) dealing with relationships, families, looking your best and protecting your health. We have since gotten to writing each other on MySpace, and I HIGHLY recommend the book to anyone here at All Consuming. Peace.
