NOT WORTH CONSUMING

What a BAD movie. This was like, really REALLY bad. It came out a year ago, and instead of wasting a movie ticket I was redoing the flooring in my house. Good thing I did because, wow this was a totally bad end to a fairly good trilogy. The first movie was awesome, the second one was good in the sense it gave you hope and then third one was kind of like, “Um… WHAT?!”

The singing and dancing was so unnecessary and got old really fast. And did we forget that this is Spider-man or should we have changed the title to MJ? I got sick of MJ rather quickly along with Harry. I also thought they way the relationship between Peter and MJ got a rather crappy ending. Not impressed.

I don’t know. If there is a 4th one they really need to work hard to redeem themselves from this one.

WORTH CONSUMING!

The movie is a bit too long and a bit too short. And here’s why. Spider-man doesn’t make an appearance for the 1st 15 minutes of the movie. In fact, there is more MJ than Parker. An origin movie, I could understand, but not the 3rd film. The romance makes this a verrrrry long movie. It almost makes you wish for One More Day to start playing out.

Now, on the other hand, this movie is tooooo short because of the fact than there’s not 1, not 2, but 3 baddies in this movie. And while Sandman gets adequate build-up in his story and New Goblin started coming around in the last movie- there’s really not a lot of build-up with Venom.

However, the last fight scene makes up for all of this movies short comings. The Spidey-New Goblin team-up against Sandman and Venom is every childhood comics readers dream- A live action Marvel Team-Up. It was great.

Now, if only the actors would stop acting like pansies and buck-up and give the fans a 4th movie. That would be really worth consuming!
