I hestitate to say that I’ve “consumed” this seeing as I couldn’t make it past the first chapter and merely flipped through the rest of it. Ugh. That’s all I can really say: ‘ugh.’ Ugh squared. Ugh cubed. Completely NOT what I expected or what I was looking for. A wishy-washy, nonsensical, ultimately-says-nothing, “self-help” book if ever there was one. The kind of “book” that just drives me up a wall, causes me to lose my faith in humanity, etc.

But don’t take my word for it. Seriously, read the first chapter and see for yourself. I could be overreacting. :P
