NOT WORTH CONSUMING

Sorry, but… THREEHOURSLONG? I played it at double speed, and it was still quite insufferable. Then again, I never liked the PotC movies (or the idea of them) in the first place. What can I say, ninjas > pirates.

Eh... It's Ok. — 3 years ago

Of course Johnny Depp was awesome. But the movie was too long. They could have cut out a lot of stuff and still get the point of the movie. Plus there were characters who I wish they had given more of a role in the plot (ex. Keith Richard’s character, they just plopped him in the middle of the story for really no reason). They left the ending open to another sequel but I truly hope they make it better than this movie.

Just about what I expected — 3 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

Is this a fanstasticly original movie? Eehhhh no. But I didn’t expect it to be. I expected it to look good and have Johnny Depp in it. Not mind blowing or original, but very watchable.

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

This is the closest I have come to walking out of a theatre in the middle of a movie. The plot is boring, repetitive, and unbeleivable. Johnny Depp is fantastic as always, but he’s the only enjoyable part of this movie.

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

The movie might have been ok if they had cut down the length by about half and gotten rid of all the jokes which were repeated from the previous movies. They clearly left an opening for yet another sequel, which I would take some severe convincing to see. I was actually bored during most of the second half of the movie, and was counting the minutes till it was over.
