WORTH CONSUMING!
I’d avoided reading one the emerging “sheikh” romances that have become so popular during the second Gulf War era. They seem to offer an even more exotic locale than your average old wild west romance with Native Indians and bloodthirsty gunmen. There’s actually not much substance to these Harlequin Presents series which guarantee passion and seduction. The text is visceral from the first page. I think the modern day sheikh motif stretched the imagination a bit, but that’s what a good bit of fantasy should do.
