Cliched plot, hackneyed (and in the case of White, ANNOYING) characters.

The artwork is beautiful though. Truly, the colorfully crowded atmosphere is really visually stimulating and appealing, and the mixture of different art styles is laudable. The action scenes are well done. Has its’ high and low points. Mediocre.
