Clean, clear recording. Some songs are gentle like a whisper.
Falling Slowly – song about falling in love
If You Want Me – love the melody. Sweet gentle song. Her voice is haunting.
Broken Hearted Hoover – jokes…one of those fun songs you can narrate with a guitar.
When Your Mind’s Made Up – a song about the futility of this state. Emotional singing…he really means it as he stretches out the words as if shouting.
Lies – a duet…you can hear the heartbreak.
Gold – a bit countryish
The Hill – heartbreaking, self blame
Fallen From the Sky – upbeat
Trying to Pull Myself Away – not appealing
All the way Down – not appealing
Once -
Say It To Me Now – a cry of emotion
