WORTH CONSUMING!
I haven’t had Pequod’s in about a year. It’s seriously just about the best pizza in Chicago. Get the pan pizza (a.k.a. deep dish)- that’s why people go to Pequod’s. I admit, it took me a while to really enjoy it- about the third time I visited (my boyfriend is a huge Pequod’s junkie), I realized that I couldn’t stop eating it!
The great part of Pequod’s pan pizza is that they use carmelized cheese for the crust. It makes the whole pizza taste different than anything else you’ll get.
