WORTH CONSUMING!
Between this, CSI and CSI Miami, I think I’m going to have to start picking more of my TV choices by fabulousity of theme tune :)
Anyway. I missed both series of Life on Mars when they were first shown, but I’ve heard so many good things I was thrilled to see a another repeat.
The ‘70s atmosphere is done really really well (I think, I don’t remember much of the decade!!) but what I love is the cross between the old-style detective show, the culture-clash moments, and the sci-fi mystery of how/why John Simms’ character ends up 30 years in the past.
And best of all, finding out that there is an answer at the end of series 2 – bring it on! :)
