I’m new to RI and had never heard of a quahog, much less a stuffed one! Yesterday my fiance took me to Iggy’s on Oakland Beach and I decided to try one.

I was a little apprehensive when I saw that it came in a clam shell, but it was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted! I can’t wait to have another. It kind of reminded me off stuffing (or dressing) with pieces of clams. Locals call them stuffies.
