I’m not one for nuts, particularly, and almonds aren’t one that I like (scratch that last bit, I’ve decided I love almonds after this!). But this pie was absolutely delicious! I think it’s the best I’ve made yet. It’s a slightly unique tasting custard pie, with an oozing filling. The almonds add nicely to the taste and texture. I definitely recommend it!
