So Terrible...I Could Make A Better Movie — 2 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

And that is saying something!

The plot is dull and uninteresting, not to mention cliche as hell. However, there was still a chance for this cliche plot to be interesting. I don’t mind cliche movies done by just-above-home-movie productions if the acting and script is done well…this was not the case.

Initially I thought the dialogue was terrible because of the horrific acting but then I realized that the script was pretty terrible too (though there was the occassional line that I thought was done quite well but it didn’t make up for the rest of it). The characters are barely one-dimensional, hardly distinguishable from one another, and seem to have a friendship that consists of a succession of pathetic insults accompanied by mindless sexism on the part of the women. Even their play within a play was laughable!

It is just all-around bad. However, it is so campy that it is highly amusing!
