A journey into taste... — 2 years ago
WORTH CONSUMING!
I was expecting a bit more concrete advice on how to get kids eating well from this book. Instead it’s sort of an exploration of the way taste works, and how we as humans build our relationship to food. The advice it does contain is simple and down-to-earth, and there weren’t really any surprises, but it was nice to gain an understanding of the processes behind children’s reaction to new foods, and vegetables in particular. It’s a quick read, and worth the time for anyone interested in human relationships to food – not just those who’re feeding children.
