WORTH CONSUMING!

I listened to this from Audible. It was fantastic. However, it would have been nice if there had been some sort of editor around to help the actors/readers pronounce specific words. Like, “Celtic,” “battle royale,” “address” (the speech, as opposed to “address” the place where something is located), “coup de etat”, etc. It’s difficult to believe someone’s a genius when they can’t speak their mother tongue.

I am not a big comics reader, but I think this book would have been a lot more enjoyable if I were. I’m sure there were a lot of plays on superhero tropes and comic book cliches that went over my head. As a result, I felt like I was constantly missing something as I read it. Oh, well.
