I don’t know what I was expecting from HP – but I really liked it and was quite surprised by how much I actually did enjoy reading about Harry. This book kind of reminded me of the Roald Dahl books I loved so much as a kid . . .

I haven’t read any of the books or seen any of the movies . . . I have to admit, I’m curious about the buzz. I’m at Chapter 3 and I’m already pretty hooked – good storyline.

Nobody cares about my opinion on this book. So, I’ll just say that it was the first time, lately, that I read it! I’m a Canadian chick, so mine was the usual “Philosopher’s Stone”. I am such a Harry freak, though, that I want to buy all the American versions too (I will probably buy a 7-books boxset or something), and I was lucky enough to find this one for 5$ at a thrift store. I giggled every time “jumper” was replaced.
