I got the Living Harvest brand. This has a slightly nutty flavor and my sensitive palate believes it has a bit of a pungent aftertaste.
This is best used in savory dishes. Sauces, gravies, soups/stews, mashed potatoes, etc. It’s decent in spiced eggs, cooked grains and rice pilafs. Probably could be used in savory breads as well.
Not good: by itself, in cereal, smoothies, desserts or anything sweet.
