I have read the entire series. I enjoy Tim Lahaye and Jerry B. Jenkins style of writing and enjoyed all the books. Iam working on the 14th book in the series.

a friend of mine kept telling me about this book and i finally broke down and read it. i was a little skeptical about christian writing in general, nothing personal just don’t like beliefs being pushed on me, but surprisingly the book wasn’t that bad. good enough that i rented the second book from my lib. and plan to finish the series.

rereading

I’m a sucker for ‘end of the world’ books. However. Now that I’m reading it, it seems far more religion-based that I thought when I checked it from the library. Still, it’s interesting. I don’t know if I can take a whole series – I didn’t know there was more than three books! – but I’ll see what happens. AFTER: What suck! I gave up halfway through. It very quickly devolved into utter lunacy.

I’ve seen bits of the movie and know a little about the series, but this is the first time I am actually reading any of the books. The writing isn’t fantastic, but the premise is interesting.
