A story about this — 5 years ago
Like “Redeeming Love,” this book has some parts that are almost unbearably difficult in their honest depictions of the evil of humanity. Also like that book, this book shines through all the brighter for it. It takes place over the course of many years, and this felt realistic because of the time required to develop and overcome great hatred. My favorite part is the interaction between Afton and Agnelet.
