The end of a double-trilogy, and well worth the slog through. I first read these books waaaay back at the start of my introduction to fantasy fiction, and could remember very little of it. Thus, this finale still managed a few surprises – including a few teary moments.

Probably all the better because while the dramas are over, there’s still so much untold future apparent here.
